Sohi Kkakdugi

Description

Crunchy, spicy and sweet cubed radish kimchi!  Probably the second most popular type of kimchi there is.  Kkakdugi is made from a crisp, peppery and sweet korean radish called mu (무).  Combined with Sohi’s sweet and spicy marinade, the radish becomes a delicious refreshing treat, great alongside any meal.
