Kimchi

Dwaeji Bulgogi

Kkori Gomtang

[Oxtail Soup] Beef bone broth simmered for a minimum of 5 hours with garlic and onions. Season the broth with salt, black pepper. And sprinkle some sliced green onion on top. Add cooked rice and eat with Sohi Kimchi for a hearty Korean comfort dish.

Yukgaejang
