BULGOGI (Marinated Sliced Beef)

What’s In It?

Our bulgogi contains: Sliced Ribeye, Soy Sauce, Apple, Korean Pear, Lemon-Lime soda, Water, Sugar, Sesame Oil, and Black Pepper.

How To Cook Bulgogi

  1. Fully defrost the vacuum sealed package.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated meat to the grill pan in a single layer and cook (do not add the excess marinade because it will steam the meat)
  4. Flipping meat once, cook until charred and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
