YUKGAEJANG (Spicy Beef Soup)

What’s In It?

Our yukgaejang contains: Beef, Scallions, Shiitake Mushrooms, Gosari (Fernbreake) and Torandae (Taro Stems), Bone Broth, Red Pepper Flakes, Soy Sauce Blend for Soups, and Black Pepper.

How To Cook Yukgaejang

  1. Defrost soup.  
  2. Drop contents of the container into a small pot.  Heat the broth and meat until hot.  
  3. (Optional) Separately cook approx. 1 cup sweet potato noodles as directed.  Add noodles to fully heated yukgaejang after noodles have been cooked.  It’s best to cook these separately to avoid dry sweet potato noodles soaking up all the yukgaejang broth. 
  4. (optional) Add cooked rice to the soup to make it a meal.
