Description
A New Year tradition and true Korean comfort food. Sliced (tteok) rice cake, with pieces of beef, in a soy based broth. A children’s favorite. Typically served with egg and scallions. Garnish with gim (toasted laver). Egg, scallion and gim not included. Eats great with Sohi Kimchi.
