Description
Yukgaejang is a spicy beef soup with lots of scallions and other various vegetables. Made with shredded or cubed beef, this hearty soup is full of umami filled ingredients like shiitake mushrooms, gosari (fernbreake) and torandae (taro stems). Have it as a side soup or add sweet potato starch noodles and/or rice to make a belly warming meal. One of my personal favorite korean soups.
