"Uncle Mark gave me a bottle and it's fantastic. 2 things I hate about Kimchi: 1st, it can be watery where all the spices wash off. 2nd, huge chunks drives me crazy to have to pull a quarter head of cabbage out of a bottle. This stuff is nice and thick with perfect size chunks."
